ensuring every aspect of your event runs smoothly from start

Day-of Coordination
Ideal for clients who’ve planned their event, our day-of coordination service provides expert oversight, vendor coordination, set-up, teardown and troubleshooting. Planning meetings begin 8 weeks prior to the event itself, we handle every detail so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
